Irene holds an LLB from GIMPA Law School, and a qualifying certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a Chartered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP) and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She also has a degree in Economics and Geography from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. As an Associate, Irene has demonstrated high skills in legal research, writing and litigation and is dedicated to ensuring that all clients are well-informed and advised in relevant matters. Knowledge and expertise garnered in Human Resource management reflect in Irene's relations with clients and stakeholders. Irene focuses on offering an array of skills in accurate employee job performance assessment, labour matters, recommending and implementing action plan strategies to meet HR needs, interdepartmental coordination, consultative relationship building and putting in place strategies that will help achieve the company's goals. As a Labour Law expert, the desire to contribute her quota to maintaining the standards set for chartered HR practitioners is always evident in Irene's operations in ensuring client compliance.
