Lorrainda Akuorkor Barnor is a lawyer with a developing interest in corporate and commercial law. She was recently called to the Bar and brings to her legal practice a strong foundation built through internships at the Ghana Law Courts and a couple of private law firms in Accra, where she gained experience in case analysis and courtroom procedure. Before pursuing law, Lorrainda worked for four years in the banking sector as a Relationship Manager, managing the financial needs of both Mass Affluent and High-Net-Worth clients. Her background in financial services strengthens her understanding of corporate transactions and client relationship management, skills that complement her growing legal expertise. Lorrainda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Ghana. She is committed to developing her expertise in corporate governance, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution, with a strong passion for delivering diligent and ethical legal service.
